The requested motor torque, torque reference, can be scaled back from the available current based on the current motor speed over various speed ranges.
Setup
The slopes between each “Power map Watts setpoint” parameter (157-164) value are calculated, along with offsets corresponding to the start of the range
The current vehicle speed is compared to the speed limit setting as a percentage, which maps between the “Power map speed setpoint” parameters (165-172).
Based on which setpoints the current vehicle speed maps between, the corresponding slope and offset calculated initially are utilized to calculate the Foldback.
